My stay at Phu My Long Hotel was pretty rough, mainly due to the staff's questionable tactics and a broken air conditioner. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me since I was switched from another hotel that overbooked. So, definitely not the best experience.

Unfortunately, my stay at Phu My Long Hotel was not very pleasant. I was forced to come here after the original hotel I booked overbooked my stay. The staff was unhelpful and tried to overcharge me, which left a bad impression. To make matters worse, the air conditioning in my room was broken, and no one showed up to fix it during my visit.
